Thai cuisine is based on the four pillars of taste.

This dish is savoury, aromatic, and garlicky and it is usually topped with a fried egg. It can be made with two types of meat: pork and chicken.

Phad Prew Waan (Sweet and Sour chicken) – Coated in batter, deep-fried and stir fry with pineapple, fresh tomatoes & spring onions in sweet and sour sauce.
- Sweet dishes
Green Curry (kaeng khiao wan) – Cooked with Thai green curry paste, aubergine and Thai basil leaves in coconut milk. Thai green curry can be made with meat – chicken, duck and fish or with vegetables and it is usually eaten as an accompaniment to rice or round rice noodles.
Herbs & spices
Probably the most peculiar feature of any Thai dish is the herbs and spices. To give each dish the distinct taste of traditional Thai cuisine, one or more herbs and spices are incorporated in a single dish.
